Magenta Living is a not-for-profit housing provider, currently owning and managing nearly 13,000 properties, including homes in Wallasey Village, Moreton and Saughall Massie.

They are the largest affordable housing provider in Wirral, housing just under 10 per cent of Wirral’s population, and also operating across the North West of England.

In recent years, they have invested around £200 million in their properties over recent years and have plans to build over 1,000 new homes over the coming years.  

The local Conservative Councillors have arranged to meet with Magenta Living directors on 16 April to learn more about their plans, including how existing properties are maintained and will be improved. Before then, we'd like to hear from tenants of Magenta Living in Wallasey, Moreton and Saughall Massie. Tell us using the survey below.
